This project originates from the vision of the owner of a 1,700-hectare ranch in the province of Corrientes, part of which is forested with eucalyptus. Beyond the typical revenue streams, the owner recognizes that the property, in its current state, has the potential to generate passive income.

Initial satellite images suggest that approximately 50% of the land is afforested, and given that eucalyptus is the primary species, the carbon capture potential is expected to be significant.

At the time the project was being defined, a major investor committed to funding the initial phases, allowing for the execution of the Feasibility Study. As a result, the relationships between the project’s stakeholders have been restructured, and the final details are now being finalized to move the project forward.
