We offer agribusiness services in an integrated, but simultaneously modularized way, to achieve maximum flexibility according to the needs of each client, but always on the basis of generating a solution whose final result is the certification of Carbon Offset/Credit and its commercialization at the highest possible value in the international market.
Module 1 - Property Management
In some cases, clients request a certain amount of Carbon Offset/Credits from us to manage their Carbon Footprint, so the project requires the modules of our services, starting with property management
The process usually arises from reverse engineering, in which, depending on the amount of Offset/Credits required, it is necessary to define the crops and the respective necessary ones, also considering the climatic conditions of the same so that the crops yield at their maximum level.
In other cases, we look for properties that are already forested, so that they can be acquired by the client and from them, implement the Carbon Offset/Credits project, which can often be a mix of both types of properties.
When we talk about property management, we include the necessary analyses, to define the best alternatives for our clients, according to the project to be developed until reaching the Carbon Offset/Credits, since they are very long-term projects.
Module 2 - Project Management

This type of project entails a significant level of complexity, as it requires professionals with a lot of experience and knowledge in various industries, since it involves agronomists, specialists in agro-industrial trade, specialists in Supply Chain Management as well as professionals in technology and innovation.
The complexity lies in the fact that many variables of requirements converge, having to additionally incorporate the climatological, international supply and demand variables and the political situation of each of the countries where they are developed, having to define the viability in the short, medium and long term.
Undoubtedly, any project related to afforestation or reforestation must be based on long terms, but here it is necessary to take into account, crops with a good level of CO2 capture to achieve a very good level of Carbon Offset/Credits (Passive Income) but also at the same time, allow the generation of active Income directly related to the cultivation carried out.
Finally, these projects must contain an in-depth economic/financial analysis that allows their understanding and approval by the client, and is the guide for its development and control.
Module 3 - Carbon Offset/Credit Certification

We manage the certification of Carbon Offset/Credits with the first global certifier that offers Certificates based on Open Data protocols and methodologies.
This is the biggest differential in the Certification that we offer with RTD Ratings, since we are in a very bastardized Carbon Offset/Credit world market, based on closed data, where currently all certifiers are strongly questioned.
The Certification is based on 2 important milestones:
- A feasibility study is carried out based on satellite captures and subsequent analysis carried out by professionals from various specialties, resulting in the base values for the definition of the potential sale value of carbon offsets. This process lasts between 45 and 60 calendar days.
- A detailed analysis of the values and conclusions that support the potential sale value of the Offsets, as well as suggestions for opportunities for improvement in the areas analysed detailed in the various KPI’s that correspond to a project of this magnitude.
It should be clarified that this entire Certification process is based on a Blockchain-based process fully audited by top-level international companies, both the results for the issuance of the certificate and the Blockchain process itself.
Undoubtedly, the differential is that the Certificate is based on “Real Measured Data”. There are no inferences or projections here. All measured values can be fully verified, thus providing 100% credibility and transparency to the Carbon Offsets/Credits that are being certified.
Module 4 - Carbon Offset/Credit Monetization

but we also manage projects to create new local voluntary offset markets.
When we reach this module, we review the monetization scheme presented in our initial proposal, to finish defining with all the stakeholders of the project, the final values to be considered in the process of selling the Carbon Offsets/Credits.
It is important to understand that as an integrator we will always strive for maximum transparency and honesty in the process of commercializing Offsets/Credits, seeking to maximize profitability for all parties.
